Representing you in proceedings before the ART, making submissions, and attending hearings on your behalf, to work out the best possible outcome in your lawful interests.
Representing before the ART Services Scope:
If you have ordered our Representing before the ART services, by clicking the "Apply for the ART representation" button, we will provide the following services to you to represent you before the ART:
1. Review and Analysis of your case - We will review and analyze your case based on the documents you have provided;
2. Conducting migration law research - We will conduct in-depth legal research on Australian migration statutory and common law;
3. Preparation of the relevant documents - We will prepare relevant documents for representation before the ART;
4. Making Submissions - We will prepare submissions on your behalf to the ART;
5. Attending hearings - We will attend hearings on your behalf before the ART; and
6. Keeping records of your review application files.
Representing before the ART Fees:
Representing before the ART Services Fees: US$9,500 (exclusive of GST)
Our service fees do not include charges and fees by any other third parties.
