Applying for Joining the Referral Program

Terms and Conditions of the Referral Program

 

1. You apply for joining the Referral Program (the Program);

​

2.  You refer to us the potential Australian visa applicants who engage us to provide visa and immigration assistance services as a result of your referral;

 

3. We pay you the referral fee, which is 10% of the total services fees (exclusive of direct costs paid to third parties) we have received from the applicants you have referred to us;

4. You and we are independent of each other. Joining the Program does not create  any express or implied relationship of employment, partnership, joint venture, etc.; and

 

5. The referral fee will be paid on monthly basis within 5 working days after the end of each calendar month.
